HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NATIV BOTTLE?

It is important to take care of your bottle to ensure maximum usage. Hand wash your bottle in warm soapy water. Please do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.

Avoid using fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks and rinse out daily as dyes from fruits can affect the inside of your bottle. 


Handle the NATIV Bottle with care, plastic bottles can also crack if they are dropped. When transporting your bottle, use the handle on the lid or keep it in your bag or gym bag.

Unfortunately our bottles are made and printed as one, therefore we do not stock spare straws and mouthpieces.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@nativbottle.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. You must insert the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
